Reports to: Client Servicing Manager
Job Purpose: Managing customer experience with the company & providing customer delight by efficient execution.
Key Result / Responsibility Areas
- Collaborating with the sales team for efficient execution of orders through mails & calls.
- Designing or Artworks follow-up with the clients for order execution.
- Artworks verification send by client in collaboration with designing team & also updating the client for artwork corrections.
- Getting approvals from client in regards of design approval by organizer for design structure, artwork & sizing approval, authorization letter, power requirement for order execution and exhibition days, color code approval etc.
- Collaborating with operations regarding complete order execution and getting continuous updates to provide to the client at regular intervals.
- Addressing change in requirement stated by client during the interaction and getting it inculcated in collaboration with design, production & operations.
- Recovery of balance of payment from the client before setup of the project.
- Managing complete customer experience with the company & creating wow for the client.
- Maintaining & Managing existing client database & run campaigns through mailer & call for repeat order.
Educational Qualification : MBA in Marketing preferred or Bachelors in Marketing.
Work Experience : 0-3 years preferred in Consultative selling ie. Exhibition, BFSI etc
Key Competencies : Extremely proficient in drafting e-mails with an average speed of 50-70wpm.
