We have a situations vacant for Purchase & Vendor Development Executive for Exhibition Stand & Kiosk Construction Solutions in Mumbai.
Job Purpose: To enhance vendor base and maintain good relationships with them for effective cost and quality supplies of materials and services.
Key Result / Responsibility Areas
Increasing the vendor base in adherence to protocols and completing alliance formalities according to company standards.
Meeting with existing vendors at regular intervals for fruitful maintenance of business relations.
Managing negotiations skillfully with vendors for best pricing and quality.
Managing & Executing vendor disbursement effectively within the desired time frame in collaboration with accounts department.
Maintaining Vendor status charts of all the categories and also maintain healthy business relations.
Collaborating with production department for purchase and vendor development requirement.
Managing and ensuring vendor suppliers and services according to project timelines.
Collaborating with vendors and help them in their development for providing better supplies and services to enhance cost & quality efficiency.
Negotiating with Vendors for Best Costing
Creating Sample File for Materials Purchased and New Material
Purchase of Raw Materials, Equipments, Tools etc required for the Project
Educational Qualification : Graduate.
Work Experience : 2-3 years
Key Competencies :Good Negotiation Skills and Procurement Capabilities
- Good Exposure in Vendor Development and Purchase
- Convincing Candidate with Good Communication for Vendor Negotiations
- Good Knowledge of Market as to achieve Best Costing
- Good Knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Good Communication and Presentation Skill
- Ability to Work under Pressure
